About the training

The training introduces you to turning a repeated procedure into a simple automated flow. You start by mapping the procedure's steps, then set up the trigger, the actions and the conditions, and test the result with training data.

What you will learn

After this training, you will be able to:

  1. 1

Choose a repeated procedure suited to automation.

  2. 2

Map a flow that sets out the trigger, the data and the actions.

  3. 3

Build a simple link between a form, a spreadsheet and an alert.

  4. 4

Test successful and failed cases and review permissions.

The programme

Five units of two hours each. Suggested pace: five meetings or learning sessions of two hours each, over one to two weeks, as the learner's schedule allows.
